Seattle Parks and Recreation is seeking proposals for seasonal partners to operate in various park locations throughout Seattle. Locations vary with sites appropriate for carts, food trucks and other self-contained service businesses.  


Proposals are due by March 16th by 4 p.m.

Auburn Farmers Market Seeking Food Trucks

at Les Gove Park. This active park offers many amenities, tons of parking, and is packed with park patrons in the summer! It's also surrounded by the public library, museum, and community center. The Farmers Market,  will host weekly entertainment, demonstrations plus 40+ farm, craft, & specialty vendors.

Washington Brewer's Festival


The Washington Brewer’s Festival is a unique all-ages beer festival where thousands of beer aficionados can sample more than 500 beers from 130 Washington breweries. In addition, the festival offers wine and cider tastings, great food trucks, live music and all-ages activities.

Covington Days Festival


An official SeaFair-sanctioned event, Covington Days has been a staple in the community since 1986. Plus, we know how costs of being a food vendor add up quickly, especially with higher health permit prices. We want to give you a reason to try our festival out! Food vendor spaces are offered at no charge (there is a $50 fee if electricity is needed), however, and a refundable deposit of $150 is required to secure space. Please find the food vendor application on our website at www.covingtonwa.gov/covingtondays.

Annual Taste of Edmonds


On behalf of the 430+ members of the Edmonds Chamber of Commerce, we want to welcome you to the 34th annual A Taste of Edmonds.  This is the 3rd largest festival in the state of Washington and among the “Top 100 North American Festivals”. This weekend is jam packed with fun for the whole family, check out the Arts & Crafts Vendors of all types, Food truck Vendors from near and far, a Beer and Wine Garden for the adults to enjoy, a Kids Area with rides and entertainment, not to mention 3 Stages of live music entertainment.

Mill Creek Festival & Street Fair


The Mill Creek Business Association (MCBA) has proudly produced the Mill Creek Festival for the past 14- years. The funds made from the festival are used by the MCBA to make improvements in the community. For instance, all the proceeds from the beer and wine garden are specifically slated for scholarships for local students. 107.7 The End Taco Truck Challenge 


The End's 6th annual Taco Truck Challenge at Volunteer Park starts with the Fiesta 5K Ole! Fun Run/Walk at 9:30am. Once 11am hits, feast on food from more than 20 local food trucks, who will serve their most mouthwatering treats and unique taco- themed confections. While all trucks are decidedly delicious, only one will have the honor of being crowned the Taco Truck Champion. Enjoy live music in the Seafair Beer and Margarita Garden.

Taco Libre Showdown


Seattle's largest outdoor Cinco De Mayo-inspired food festival returns to the Center of the Universe, the Fremont Sunday market.  This is the ultimate food smackdown, spanning over two blocks along the Fremont Canal, from 11am - 7pm, celebrating the almighty taco! 19th Annual Taste of Washington


Each spring, thousands of wine and food-lovers gather in Seattle for Taste Washington, the nation’s largest single-region wine and food event. Thurston County Sporting Events


New pilot program needs  a variety of food trucks for Thurston County Youth Football League and other sport seasons as well.  No fee for parking on the site.  However, they request 10% of the vendor profits made.  Food trucks would serve customers on Saturdays at Longmire Park in Yelm, WA.  Games begin as early as 9 AM, and run throughout the entire day, ending at about 5-6 PM.  Looking for trucks that specialize in dogs, burgers, fries, pizza and BBQ. 

Restrooms are available. Vendors can expect to make roughly ~$1000.00 per game day. They are expecting upwards of 300-600 visitors.

Annual Brewfest


From 6 - 9pm, the local-breweries-only tasting event of the year features over 20 breweries located within Seattle, tapping the local creativity in our Emerald City.

Bellingham Food Truck

Round Up


Tickets are being sold for the second annual Food Truck Round Up, which is a benefit for food banks in

Whatcom County.  


The event will run 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 26, at Civic Stadium, 1355 Civic Field Way in Bellingham.  It will feature food from 13 vendors, beer from Kulshan Brewing Co. and live music from SpaceBand.

Advance tickets are $10 per person, which pays for entry, five “truck bucks” good for food and beverage purchases at the event, and one raffle ticket.

Otherwise, the entry fee is $5 at the gate.  All proceeds will go to the food banks.

Pasco's Fiery Food Truck Face Off

Downtown Pasco, 4th Avenue and Lewis Street.  This year the Fiery Foods Festival in Downtown Pasco will host “Fiery Food Truck Face Off” with each mobile vendor being judged in two categories: (1) People’s Choice and (2) Best Fiery Item.  

The Fiery Food Truck Face Off will begin at 4pm with judging closing at 8pm.  Food Trucks that participate in our event must submit an application along with the $75.00 entry fee. You can sell any items to the public, the only stipulation is that you must have ONE spicy item.

World Concern's Mobile Food Fight

Twelve of the most popular food trucks in Seattle are joining World Concern to fight global hunger this summer at the Mobile Food Fight for Hunger. Sample some of the best street food in the Northwest, including nationally-recognized food trucks Where Ya at Matt, Tokyo Dog and Nosh. Ten percent of all proceeds from the event will help fight hunger through World Concern’s sustainable agricultural programs, creating lasting solutions in Africa, Asia, and Haiti.

First Annual Tacoma Mobile Food Fest

More trucks needed!


The 2015 Mobile Food Fest is a new event for Pierce County Parks & Recreation.  A variety of food trucks with a mixture of tastes from all over the Puget Sound will be invited to share their fare for all you "foodies" to enjoy!  
The event will take place from Noon-7 p.m. and will utilize the parking lot at Sprinker Recreation Center for food truck setup. Bring your blanket and grab a spot in the grass to enjoy your favorite tastes of the day.  Event preparations are underway for a beer garden as well as mobile stage setup so you can take in some local entertainment.

Everett's mobile food fest will be held on Hoyt Ave, with free parking at EverPark garage - 2815 Hoyt.  Some of the trucks you can expect to see:  Streetzeria, Lumpia World, Contigo, Tokyo Dogs, Jemil's Big Easy, and more...  The event is free to attend, trucks charge regular menu prices. 4th Annual Emerald Downs Food Truck Fest


Looking for a few more trucks, especially ones that don't fit in their current categories:  Greek, Ice Cream, Crepes, Seafood, Turkey, Coffee, Flapjacks, Burgers, Hot Dogs, & Donuts.

They are open to duplicating a few burger trucks, as long as the menus aren't too similar, and we really need some good Asian representation this year!

A few details:

  • Exhibitor fee is $200 to reserve your space.  No additional fees or commission will be taken from your food sales.
  • The Food Festival time is 1pm - 6pm on Saturday, July 25th & Sunday at Emerald Downs in Auburn, WA.
  • You may participate one or both days.
  • Food Trucks must supply a C of I naming "Emerald Downs" as additional insured by Friday, July 24th.
