This corporate facility has seven tenants that include: Wizards of the Coast, Tyler Tech, & Money Tree  in a 4-story office building managed by JSH Properties. Next door is the  Marriott, the Hilton and across the street is the FAA building.   1-truck can book per week from March through September and every other week October through February from 11am to 2pm.  Food trucks will park just next to the courtyard as seen in image above.


Vendors must have a Renton city business license & fire permit, a King County health permit, provide proof of insurance and sign the hold harmless agreement (see below).  (Vendors do not need any additional property permits, this has already been arranged.)
