Located in the Broadview neighborhood, brewery seats 80-people at a time w/additional 36-seats on weekends. Vendors must have: King County health permit, City of Seattle business license and email in a COI stating the Broadview TapHouse as the additionally insured at: 217 N 125th St, Seattle, WA 98133. Current trucks report during the week (Mon-Thurs) typically meeting min. threshold of about 50-80 tickets. On Friday and Saturdays, sales average 95-105. Sundays are family fun days, and they have decent afternoon/dinner shifts of 50-75 units. Power option coming soon. Foods that pair well with beers and/or can feed kids are preferred and tend to do best. There are a lot of foodies in the neighborhood, who stop by trucks just to pick up food on their way home and there is little existing food variety/competition nearby. Brewery helps to promote and advertise food trucks on their site and Facebook here:

Food truck parking location: parallel along east side fence, pull up as close to street/sidewalk so it gives room for a line and more exposure to pass by traffic from Greenwood Ave, see below example. Dave Ralston is on site POC: 206-375-9191
