Booking at WSFTA Managed Des Moines Pilot Program Locations
When booking at these locations you are agreeing to fully abide by the Vendor Information below and our location management Terms & Conditions found here: https://wafoodtrucks.org/vendor-terms-conditions
Vendors must send us proof that they have their City of Des Moines business license, county health permit, a fire permit issued by any fire authority within the county, and email in to us the required COI, additionally insured address noted here: City of Des Moines at 21630 11th Avenue S, Suite A Des Moines, WA 98198. There is no fee to participate. You must report in on your sales within 24-48 hours. Vendors who do not report will be removed from the program for the remainder of the year after being given one warning.
Apply for the $100 city license here: https://www.filelocal-wa.gov/Default_FileLocal.aspx (Pilot program vendors will not need to pay the added $75 Mobile Food Vendor Application fee.) Email the WSFTA proof of your license.
You can also apply for your city license by filling out and mailing the application form that you can download here. Be sure to check off that you are a Mobile Food Vendor and state that your Principal Business Activity is: Food Truck Pilot Program.
**When booking, please enter your food truck name and not your first and last name so it populates correctly on our public calendars.
Marina Lunch - “Tasty” Tuesdays
Address: 22305 Dock Ave S
Service times: Tuesdays 11 to 2pm, booking frequency should be no more than once every 2-weeks to provide the requested variety. This location is suitable for a savory lunch menu. Vendor parking is in location #3, see image, enter through the Marina North lot off of Cliff Ave. Restrooms by the marina office require a door code: 513.

Begins: May 7th and runs through August 27th.
Marina Quarterdeck Concert Series - “Tastes & Tunes”
Address: 22307 Dock Ave S
Service times: Thursdays & Sundays 4 to 7pm, booking frequency should be no more than once every 2-weeks to provide the requested variety. This evening location is suitable for a sweet or savory menu. Parking is in location 1 or 2, see image map, cones will mark-off space. Enter through the marina North Lot off of Cliff Ave. Restrooms are near the Marina Office, just next to the Quarter Deck. “Food Truck Fridays” at Redondo Beach
Address: 28301 Redondo Beach Dr S
Service times: Fridays - 4:30pm to 7:30pm, booking frequency should be no more than once every 2-weeks to provide the requested variety. This location will allow 2-vendors per service and is suitable for a sweet and/or savory menu.

Beach Park Summer Concert Series & Other Special Events
Address: 22030 Cliff Ave S,
Service times: Wednesdays - 5:30pm to 8:30pm, booking frequency should be no more than once every 2-weeks to provide the requested variety. This location is suitable for a sweet or savory menu. Parking help: Call Robert at cell 253-678-8787 or the facilities phone at 253-740-2141.
Event dates you can book are: Wednesday July 10, Wednesday July 17, Wednesday July 24, Wednesday July 31, Wednesday August 7, and Wednesday August 14th.
Based on sales data collected from 2023, expect 60-82 orders per concert. Event staff can be reached at 253-678-8787.
The Field House Sporting Events - FULL
Address: 1000 S 220th St.
Soccer games are played April 13th through June 8th. Vendors can book from 10am-1pm and may arrive as early as 9am and stay as late as there are customers to serve, no fee. The gate will be opened by park staff and parking instructions will be emailed to you.
