Would you like to have a rotating variety of food trucks at your brewery, winery, distillery, or taproom? - We can book these food trucks, at NO COST to you!

*Must have at least 1-food truck per week, for a least 3-months. Annual/seasonal programs are available.

*Your location must have at least 60-customers per 3-hour meal service, or you will need to offer a minimum sales guarantee of at least $800.

IMPORTANT: Either the brewery can book the food trucks, or the WSFTA can book the food trucks, but not both. This is necessary to prevent double-booking, which confuses customers and frustrates food truck operators. Breweries can specify cuisine preferences, or even request specific WSFTA member food trucks, but the booking calendar needs to be managed exclusively by the WSFTA for the program to succeed.

Regulatory restrictions: If there are local ordinances that restrict or prohibit you from parking food trucks at your location, please let us know, we may be able to get an exemption or work with the local regulatory authority for approvals.

No Hassle! No Charge!

The Washington State Food Truck Association can schedule a rotating variety of great local food trucks at your location.

We can set this up for special events and/or a daily schedule, pending the avilability of trucks in your area. You simply send your location information to us, including the days and times that you want a food truck to be scheduled. You can control things like preferred types of cuisine and even the frequency of any one vendor. This option eliminates the need to spend time and effort finding properly licensed & permitted food trucks, getting them on a schedule, dealing with cancellations and rescheduling, and it allows you and your customers the ability to view the schedule and food menus in real-time, via the location map.

We also share sales data with all the vendors participating so they know what to expect and want to keep coming back to successful locations.

WARNING:  Without properly vetting mobile food vendors for the following:  WA State Labor & Industries insignia, county health permit, city business license, fire permit, and (daily) site-specific liability insurance, owners could be exposing their customers and employees to health & safety risks, and exposing themselves to liability.  Before we book food trucks at your location for the first time, we will ensure that vendors meet all the requirements listed above.
